Informed Financial Planning (IFP) is a medium sized Independent Financial Advisory Company (IFA) based in Yorkshire. We have a different working model to most other IFA firms and have quickly established a reputation for quality, having strong values, highly qualified staff and expertise.

We provide an expert/specialist for each and every area of financial planning ensuring our clients and professional connections receive the best and most appropriate advice possible irrespective of how complicated the situation. To this end IFP only recruit advisers who have obtained the AFPC qualification*.

Whether advising on a corporate or individual level one of the keys to our success is the relationship with our clients. We acknowledge the importance of listening and appropriate questioning to ensure we have a clear understanding of the needs and aspirations of the client.

IFP’s market is mainly professionals, high net worth individuals and corporate clients predominantly introduced by Solicitors and Accountants. We work on a fee and/or commission basis and all our advisers are employed.

Since February 2005 we have acquired 3 IFA businesses, Morgan Money Management, Financial Concepts (Harrogate) and C. Greenbank & Co. This gives the company an established client base from which to grow and a platform to further expand both organically and through further acquisitions where synergies exist.

IFP now have offices in Leeds, Sheffield and Hull servicing clients throughout the UK.
